Patricia Quinlan named Penrith’s Citizen of the Year

Patricia Quinlan has been named Penrith’s 2026 Citizen of the Year, recognising a lifetime dedicated to community, kindness and helping others.

Her decades of volunteering have included supporting local schools, running art classes for seniors and assisting the SES, all while raising her children as a single mother and fostering family members.

Since joining Mama Lana’s in 2018, Patricia has become a valued member of the volunteer team, preparing meals, coordinating volunteers and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Known for her infectious smile, compassion and generosity, Patricia gives her time and care freely, leaving a lasting impact on the Penrith community.
